• Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive – We have acted for GMPTE for over 20 years in providing day to day property consultancy advice on a very broad range of matters, including valuation, landlord and tenant, disposal and acquisitions and compulsory purchase and compensation.
• Thornfield Properties Plc – We have acted for Thornfield Properties in the identification of, and the assembly of a development site, at The Rock, Bury. The process started in 1999 and Thornfield are now on site with a 750,000 sq.ft. mixed use, but retail based development scheme, which is due for completion towards the end of 2010.
• Bury MBC – We advised and acted for Bury MBC in connection with a Compulsory Purchase required to complete the assembly of The Rock Regeneration Development site and we are jointly instructed by Bury MBC and Thornfield Properties Plc.
• Trafford MBC – We have acted for Trafford in connection with Compulsory Purchase matters and in the defence of claims under Part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973, together with valuation advice and rent reviews/lease renewals.
• Townson Estates Plc – We have acted for Townson Estates Plc in the acquisition of property investments throughout the North West, as well as dealing with the management of properties, including, rent reviews and lease renewals and re-structuring agreements in order to add value.
• Bolton MBC – We have advised Bolton MBC and acted on their behalf in connection with a number of rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Moorfield Properties – We have acted for Moorfield Properties, a private investment company, in connection with investment acquisitions in Macclesfield, Bury, Halifax and Saltaire.
• W Wing Yip Plc – We have acted for W Wing Yip Plc in their acquisition of their cash and carry in Manchester and subsequently in seeking to expand their network in the North of England.
• AWA Ltd – We are acting for this fast growing advertising and public relations agency in consolidating their operation onto a single site.
