On behalf of clients, we undertake property consultancy services where we utilise our knowledge of the regional and local markets to provide the property perspective to a scheme or project which may have other engineering and infrastructure aspects.

GMPTE Accelerated Park and Ride Programme
As part of Phase 3B and in connection with GMPTE's role in the provision of public transport infrastructure, we have been involved in the identification and assembly of land for the provision of strategically located park and ride facilities. These will ultimately provide free at point of use car parking to the public transport network, including bus, rail and Metrolink in the Greater Manchester area.

This is an initiative devised by GMPTE and supported by AGMA (Association of Greater Manchester Authorities).

Leigh Salford Manchester Guided Busway
GMPTE’s proposal is to utilise a disused railway line between Ellenbrook in Salford to Leigh town centre and convert it to a dedicated guided busway to provide a fast and uninterrupted transport facility.

We have assisted in identifying the additional land requirement and are actively engaged in embarking upon negotiations for the assembly of the additional land, required permanently as part of the project and temporarily during the period of its construction.
